Return Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact sales@lurapy.com and provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item you want to return. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by Lurapy.
Please Note
For safety and hygiene reasons, Lurapy currently does not offer free return and exchange services for reasons other than product quality issues. We will charge a restocking fee of 10%–20% for non-product quality-related returns.
Imposed Fee for Return Criteria
To ensure swift and hassle-free shipping, minimize unforeseen expenses, and responsibly evaluate and recycle returned items, we may need to apply a return fee. This fee includes return shipping and restocking fee, and its amount may vary based on the order status and condition of the returned item(s).

Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is only applicable to products that have not yet been shipped.
You may cancel your order for personal reasons as long as it has not been shipped. No cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled prior to shipping.
Defective Products Policy
Lurapy's products undergo thorough inspection before shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged product, please refrain from using it and promptly take a photo for evidence. Send the photo to our customer service representatives, and we will arrange a replacement shipment.
Additionally, please return the damaged product to help us identify and rectify the issue to prevent recurrence.
Requirements for Return & Exchange
- All items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with labels attached.
- All items must be returned with original packaging and all components included, in a single package.
- Returns are only accepted from the original shipping country or region.
- Customized items cannot be returned. Items showing signs of wear or alteration may be refused.
Non‑Acceptable Return Conditions
- Products not purchased from lurapy.com.
- Missing or damaged original product, accessories, manuals, or cables.
- Physical damage or clear signs of misuse.
- Stains (including scratches, food/oil stains, etc.).
- Orders older than 60 days from purchase date.
About The Return Process
- Contact customer service at sales@lurapy.com with order number and photos/video (for 30‑day guarantee).
- Customer service will respond within 48 hours and provide return instructions.
- Place the receipt and items in original packaging.
- Arrange courier pickup yourself.
- Send tracking number to us via email.
Refund Time
Refunds, minus shipping and relevant fees, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after your returned package arrives. If a return does not meet policy, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
